3. Licensing Options

We offer two primary types of licenses for our sports content:

  • Standard License: Allows use for social media, blogs, websites, and small-scale promotional materials.

  • Extended License: Required for merchandise (t-shirts, posters), large-scale advertising, or resale of products where the image is the primary value.

  • Editorial Use Only: Many sports images contain recognizable athletes or logos. These are for Editorial Use Only (news, sports reporting) and cannot be used for commercial advertising without additional model/property releases.

4. Prohibited Usage

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the image files in their original form.

  • Use images in a defamatory or pornographic context.

  • Claim the images as your own work.

  • Use "Editorial Use Only" content for commercial brand endorsements.

5. Photographer/Contributor Rules

By uploading content to ArtOfSports.us, contributors warrant that:

  • They are the sole owners of the copyright.

  • The content does not infringe on any third-party rights.

  • They grant ArtOfSports.us a non-exclusive right to showcase and sell licenses for the content.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products (instant downloads), all sales are final. Refunds may be issued at our discretion only in cases of technical defects with the file that cannot be resolved.

7. Limitation of Liability

ArtOfSports.us shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the site’s content. Users are responsible for ensuring that their specific use of an image (especially those with athletes/stadiums) complies with local laws and league regulations.
